The perfect location for temporary medical detoxing facility .College medical professors and students from the northern facility as interns , classrooms to start the long process of rehabilitation, Hoy and all other non- profits in the county working together to take in patients and clients as they are detoxed. The Long neglected El Rito Facility brought back too life with the caring souls, like times past. This facility in El Rito is a prime location that was chosen by our ancestors and the government for a training facility for our people and culture. So in reaching for the stars, why can't we unite all government entities , faith groups , non-profits and the federal government to fund this vision of "Hope". Working together in re-training behaviors and re- integrating our addicted brother and sisters into a more productive society. After a short stay in the campus the souls can be transferred into the proper and well established programs already established in these areas. They all as well will need funding as well. I have experienced and seen these types of temporary field hospitals in action in the military and relief efforts, a site to see! And now we, or the northern New Mexico area has been blessed with a new and great man of vision in our only and local northern college president. Mr. Richard Bailey .
