AG Hood's Response when Asked to Meet with Families and Share Assessment

AG Hood spoke at Koinonia Coffee House Community Forum on Friday July 8 and then took questions from the audience. During his remarks he stated that he believed the state would be sued by the Department of Justice for failing to provide the types of mental health services Mississippians need. Please see video for his response when asked to meet with families and release the independent assessment so that we can all work together to reform our system without getting sued. We have contacted his office to find out what the new services are that he states are being implemented because we are not aware of them.
