The change organization has a set of goals and guidelines. There are steps for the first 5, 15, 25, 50, and I guess 75 signatures. Thank you all for signing this petition. It will mean a great deal to the missing children around the United States. When I realized human trafficking was in my notes but not on the petition, I added it. Human trafficking is a primary reason why people go missing. Instructions also suggest changing images.  The petition photo has been updated. Pam
