Possibly intentional AGM delays

Dear owners,

Apart from the very obvious mismanagement, there is also this important issue:

• Financial statements:
  • FY 2025: May 2024 - May 2025 has not been signed by the current trustees
  • FY 2024: May 2023 - May 2024 has not been signed by the previous trustees
• AGM
  • 2025: AGM is late (over 4 months from FY end 31 May 2025)
  • 2024: AGM held was invalid because it did not include audited financials for FY 2024
  • 2023: AGM was not held

Riveredge is in a state of emergency.
