I’m pleased to announce the misconduct I experienced with Which? is now featured in a YouTube video entitled ‘Which? Consumer Champion – Exposed’.

The video also reveals how Which? is making it difficult for the public to access the Trustpilot page for its poorly rated legal service and what Which? management have been saying about my petition in their internal emails (obtained through a subject access request).

My dispute with Which? is now in its fifth year and the organisation continues to cover up the errors made by its legal service. It appears the Head of Legal Operations from Which? Legal – referred to in my petition – no longer holds this senior position and while that is certainly a positive development, it’s not clear if his exit relates to the concerns I've been raising.
