Ontario does not recognize Barbers and thousands currently exist, over the years this has caused problems for the public and for professional Barbers

Sean GibsonPetition StarterI have been trying for years to encourage a new generation of Barbering As the Program Director of The Barber Centre and President of The Ontario Barber Association, I strive to change the way barbering is viewed on this side of the border. Credentials: * Placed 1st in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands Barber Competition, 2009 * Platform Artist in St.Thomas and instructed barber classes, 2009 * Hosted Canada’s First Barber Trade Show, 2009 * Worked for TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) as specialized Events Barber Stylist, 2008 * Created and Facilitated Barbering classes and seminars, since 2006 * Established The Barber Centre, since 1996.
