The TTFA has become an arrogant, self centered organization controlled by one man and his small circle of associates, who believe that they are not accountable to anyone. There is no involvement of the full TTFA Board in the decision making process.  There is no respect for the constitution of the organization, Dictatorship, poor leadership, arrogance and downright defiance at the top seems to be the order of the day. Poor selection or appointment of administrators and staff continues unabated, and planning, implementation of policies in accordance with the constitution, transparency, honesty and accountability do not seem to exist at any level of the TTFA.

This administration is destroying football in the country, the game that players and officials of the past worked so hard to establish. The National teams’s qualification to the Soccer World Cup finals in Germany in 2006 was the pinnacle of the game in our country, and it hurts all lovers and followers of the game here to see the depths to which the game has descended.

There are many experienced players who continue to give their all to the game, many young players who need an effective system to learn and develop their skills to put this small country on the World football map. These players, coaches and others who can make a meaningful contribution to the game, are being robbed of the opportunity by a small group of selfish, power hungry, arrogant, objectionable and deceitful leaders.

We need ALL decent people who love this country and want to see young people make the population proud again through football, to stand up and put and end to the term of those who seek to destroy the game and its players.
