Currently, due to the pandemic of Coronavirus COVID-19, the Physical hearings in all courts, except very urgent matters, are suspended and are substituted by Virtual hearings. Many elite groups are insisting that courts should resume Physical hearings. If the Physical hearing resumes then all the victims, who are unnecessarily dragged in false 498-A case, 125 Cr.P.C, and DV cases, have to contest their cases in the place where they have been made as accused, and thus, have to risk their lives in the pandemic.
