The 3 judges bench of the SCI, in the Writ Petition filed by the social action form, has overturned/modified the decision of 2 Judges Bench, stating that Guidelines prepared by the previous bench is against the Legal Framework.

We have started this Petition, much earlier asking for the Government to Conduct the empirical study and to obtain the reliable data, how the extent the law is misused. Because in the absence of data/study we can only cry about the misuse but cannot ask for an alteration
