Have you ever driven next to a fully loaded truck and seen your life flash before your eyes as you say a prayer and hit the accelerator faster than normal to move away .

We have seen and heard stories of these containers overturning and killing innocent drivers and pedestrians as well as destroying properties .

These trucks should be confined for transportation between midnight to 5am. 

It should also be mandated that these drivers  travel with their reflectors just in case they breakdown.
