For those suffering from Pelvic Floor Issues and need support there is now a New Zealand Specific Facebook Support Group if you are interested. This is to help with local recommendations, navigating the medical system, or recommendations for purchasing products and general support for your condition.

And to all those that have sent in their stories, thank you so much, I know that for some people it can be triggering and cause distress thinking about it. You are still able to tell your story if you are still thinking about it and it would be greatly appreciated, and you can do so anonymously if you would like.
