Update and Next Steps

I am sharing the below video update about certain actions that were put in motion over the last year and what has occurred since. This petition is demanding a Public Inquiry into the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and various people can be impacted in all areas of their mandate but this specific video update is for people impacted by Syndicated Mortgages, one of the areas of major failings of the Regulator.

We need more people to sign this petition and we need to be more visible going forward.

The Financial Services Commission of Ontario was replaced by the Provincial government on June 8, 2019. When a Regulator is replaced, there are reasons for it and the reasons could have had an impact on the public. They should investigate to understand and quantify this impact but what the government has been doing is advising that they have made changes going forward but they are not looking back to see the damage that may have been caused. 

When the weather gets better, we are hoping to stage events that will draw more attention to our demands. A protest and likely a sit in at Queen's Park and the Lieutenant Governor Suite are potentials.
