Parvoviruse infection!! Is it because of feeding these Cubs with the left over food?

As I had mentioned before that these Cubs were kept in a poor condition and were not fed properly. My question is- Did they get sick because they were fed left over meat hunted and eaten up by other animals? NTCA is going to investigate but I don't think they are aware of what is going on.!
