GOVT. SHOULD PASS A ANIMAL WELFARE BILL WHICH WAS PUT TO STOP CRUELTY AGANIST ANIMALS

The Issue

In a recent days there are several examples found in country in which animals are tortured . For example - In Hyderabad 3 dogs puppies were burnt alive for just fun and In Chennai 1 medical student just throw the dog from top floor . In presence we have ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1960 , in which if someone found guilty then he/she has to be fined Rs50 for 1st time and Rs100 for second time ,which has become completely useless in present time . In 2011 the Central Govt. introduce new bill ANIMAL WELFARE ACT in which if someone found guilty then he/she has to be fined up to Rs50000 and can be jailed for maximum 3 years . But unfortunately this bill cannot be pass . Animals cant speak their pain but they have same feelings what we have . So I urged whole community to sign the petition and force the Govt. to pass this bill , and cruelty towards animals can be stop. This will allow to punish a guilty people , and people will also aware . It is first step we are taking for prevention of harmness against these beautiful creature of nature and a lot of work has to be done .
