Save Our Monkeys

Save Our Monkeys
The Issue
WHAT HAPPENED:
Thanks to the rapid growth and development of the area around Lumut/Manjung, forests and swamps are getting destroyed and this includes the habitat of said monkeys. Now, the monkeys are roaming within the residential areas and sometimes cause trouble to the residents. This includes going into houses in search for food and staying in the middle of the road where they may be involved in accidents.
Though people are sympathetic towards these creatures there is little they can do. Monkeys can be dangerous. Some well meaning people do feed them but for the most part these monkeys are suffering.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:
Those who have the capabilities and means to save these creatures should relocate them to a suitable location like nature reserves. Doing so will allow the monkeys to live in a more habitable environment where they are able to move about and find resources like food without straying into residential areas.
