Official email sent to Chris Hipkins

Just a small update to everyone who has been supporting this petition!

2. It has come to our attentions that not only have many students had to deal with lockdown, but also having to do online school for 40+ days now due to floodings or unsafe health environments at their schools. This just furthers our cause for why us students need this credit reduction!
