Please sign this petition so we can get the ministry of agriculture make a move! Pets in pet mart are locked in small cages with no food nor water... As if this wasn't cruel enough, pets are given sleeping pills. They are always asleep in a un-normal way! We tried opening the cage and pet a puppy to wake him up, we tried even shaking his tiny body... unfortunately he barely could lift his head!!
