Dear CIAO Rights supporters,

I hope you are well. The  French version of the  petition has been   greatly improved with the help of a native  French speaker. The English version will be up dated soon.  Any suggestions for  further improvement of the petition will be gratefully received.

I hope you will continue to spread the petition to as widely as you can. People don't necessarily  have to  agree with it, but at least they can see that more and more other people do want  change.
