Today, 30 days ago the Supreme Court of Appeal ordered the Minister of Home Affairs, Mr Malusi Gigaba, to issue Daniella (a stateless child born in South Africa) with a South African citizen birth certificate within 30 days. The Department has ignored two letters reminding them of the deadline and today Daniella still has no RSA birh certificate! You can help!
