Area subject to residential zoning

The part of the formerly reserved land that has been subject to residential zoning is an area of nearly 22 hectares between Northcote Street and Lees Grove in Wainuiomata.  

The area is the area shown with a blue outline in the map with this update.

Councillor Brady Dyer has asked Council officials to clarify when and how the area was zoned residential.  When Brady reports back, his update will be posted.
