Wow— we surpassed our Manitoba sister petition!

THANK YOU! With more than 11k signatures tonight, we just surpassed our sister petition from 2021 that was declared a victory after more than 9k signatures were collected in favor of free HIV PrEP in Manitoba. Thank you!
