I only mention it here because I think that my other email (from Qualtrics) may end up being filtered by a few email clients.  By necessity, this survey is unfortunately a little longer, but will hopefully greatly improve our knowledge of a behaviour that is very much unstudied, but effects a large chunk of the population.
