Monkeys are treated as vermin, with in the jurisdiction of Shimla Municipal Corporation without adopting scientific methods, to handle man animal conflict, all around India, hence we strongly opposed mass culling of these wild animals, who also have legal rights to live but Administration failed to do their constitutional duties.
