Heathrow and London City want to expand - more noise, more pollution

More planes mean more noise and more pollution. More people will be adversely affected more often unless expansion or the way it is implemented is not checked.  The bottom line is that the benefits and disbenefits should be shared not concentrated. It is not rocket science.
