At present no authoritive animal welfare, BUT RSPCA have that duty of care and jurisdiction ONLY  but fail to adopt their own charter "all creatures great and small and the five freedoms "  the only charitable society  with the privilege of enforcing  an act of parliament POCTA to  stop abuse/cruelty, suffering/death occurring at  horse auctions which happened recently 7 horses were put to sleep after private vets were called to the yards ,whilst others suffered on trucks arriving there. This must end now RSPCA!! Please sign for a better animal welfare independent office to inspect all saleyards/auctions for horses.. NO MORE SUFFERING/DEATHS. The grey horse pictured was destroyed it's hooves were overgrown for over 5 years It could have been saved ..
