the Paynedale Habitat is home to the critically endangered Baudin Cockatoo as well as the endangered Chudich ,Phascogale,the Brush Tailed Bettong and Red tailed Black Cockatoo....to name a few of the Significant, Rare and Priority Fauna Species Known to exist in this area...as well as...... 43 Declared Rare and Priority flora  known to exist within the general area...and yet a group of 12 shire councils want to take over 500 hectares of this area and create a regional waste facility .....................
