After a long journey and hard work to collect all the proofs, our lawyer Time Wang finally filed a lawsuit against Milwaukee Tool in the States.
Times is a wonderful US Attorney, he is encouraged by his daddy Wang Bingzhang-who is the most high-profile Chinese human rights defender and was jailed life-long in China. Times is dedicated to promote human rights using his professional knowledge and skills as a lawyer.
We are so thankful he could represent us to file the lawsuit.
On the other hand, we still need your support as Milwaukee Tool is very stubborn. They spent a lot of money in PR in Wisconsin, trying to promote they are 100-year American brand. At the same time, they spent a lot of money to hire the most famous law firm working for them for the lawsuit.
Yes, they have money and power. They also try to influence the US government by telling them the Milwaukee Tool gloves made in Hunan Chishan prison are all counterfeits. This is very ridiculas, and not consistent with what they said before. Before they said they had no idea.
Obviously, this lawsuit is not easy, but even we are powerless people, we pursue truth, justice. And we will never give up until Milwaukee Tool apologize to the victims and our families, until they took actions to stop using any kind of forced labor in China.
