The implementation of CoA for Mikrotik PPPoE servers.

The Issue

To manage the PPPoE clients via Radius attributes we need CoA. We love Mikrotik equipment, but the lack of CoA upsets us. Please implement the CoA for the PPPoE server Mikrotik.
