For years, animal abuse has been a global problem. Shelters all over the country, state, and city, are filled with abused and homeless animals. There is a law in Wisconsin, that allows a person who was sentenced for animal abuse, to own an animal only five years of being let out. This allows them to be a repeated offender, and continue the same previous actions. We hope, by getting individuals to sign this petition, it will bring this law to Wisconsin state representatives attention.
