Reinstate Alex Mcguigan if he is successful in his employment tribunal.

Reinstate Alex Mcguigan if he is successful in his employment tribunal.
The Issue
London Underground claims to value it's customers yet they refuse to do everything reasonable within their power to prevent industrial action by it's train operators. Alex Mcguigan was dismissed in August 2014 for allegedly failing a random breathalyser test, Alex has always denied the accusation, he was prevented from proving his innocence when his urine sample was destroyed. Alex has been a member of the RMT union his whole working life, the union made the decision to back Alex because of the overwhelming evidence in his favour, the RMT have tried many times to negotiate with London Underground to secure the reinstatement of Alex a man with 29 years impeccable service with London Underground, sadly to no avail. At ACAS the RMT offered to postpone industrial action if L.U.L guaranteed reinstatement if Alex won his employment tribunal, Alex himself has agreed to adhere to the ruling of the employment tribunal, why are London Underground refusing to do the same?
