Good Afternoon!

This petition has brought a lot of attention to our cause!  Please continue to spread the word! Get friends and neighbors to sign this petition.  Also, please attend the Middletown Planning Board Meeting in April.  We need everyone to know that we do NOT want this toxic and dangerous proposal for our neighborhoods!

But more importantly, we need your support in getting S-4008/A-5275 passed the New Jersey State Legislature.  This bill will prevent the construction of crematoriums within a 1000 feet of residential areas, schools, and youth athletic fields. 

This Thursday, in the Assembly Commerce Committee, A-5275 will be discussed and voted upon. We need to show everyone that we support that passage of this legislation. This bill will protect the children of Middletown, Robbinsville, and so many other towns across New Jersey.
