There are likely hundreds of millions of people who will be ineligible to run Windows 11 officially, but only 424 people, so far, who care about their PC being able to run Windows 11.

It's only through getting people to share their voice that we can be heard.

Yes, ultimately you'll get Windows 10 until 2025, but if you saw how nice Windows 11 is, might not you be tempted to upgrade to a shiny new computer earlier?

Many people are trained against buying gen-1 products anyway and might push any Windows 11 PC purchases to 2022 or later.

When Microsoft's decision not to support Intel Core i-Series processors below the 8th-gen is just an arbitrary decision, I guess a lot more people will care later this year when they discover there's no Windows 11 for them, but by then in will probably be too late - Microsoft will feel justified in its decision to have blocked hundreds of millions of PCs from being able to upgrade.

On a scale of world problems from 1 to 100. this has to be a -100, but I guess it tells us a LOT when Apple's upcoming macOS 12 update supports far older machines that Windows 11 will.

Microsoft lets Apple win. Again. Once you go Mac, you never go back.
