"More than 2000 users of Surface Pro 2017 with the new Surface Pen have reported intermittent inaccuracies of the pen when resting their palms on the screen. These sudden inaccuracies make it very difficult and frustrating to take notes and it seems they are present on virtually any unit sold so far. We request that:

Microsoft immediately provides a software option to alleviate the issue
Microsoft looks into fully addressing this issue...
