Make the Xbox One "consumer-friendly".

Make the Xbox One "consumer-friendly".
The Issue
The Xbox One has anti-consumer policies, such as the inability to game if the console hasn't connected to the Internet, or the invasion of privacy due to the Kinect sensor always being on, even when the Xbox is off. Please, help me help fellow consumers, so that we can play the games we love, and be treated as a true consumer.
More Details:
The Xbox One always needs an Internet Connection, so if you wanted to go to a cabin to go fishing, and play your Xbox One at night, guess what wouldn't work? This even effects the military. Many of the places they stay have little to no Internet connection, and many fo them loved to play Xbox 360. This is only a step back.
It gets even worse. Used Games are going to die out due to Microsoft's new policies. Each game can only be given or traded once, and to trade it, it has to be a specific, approved retailer. There goes a huge blow to independent game retailers. And if you wanna give a game to a friend, they have to have been your friend on Xbox Live for 30 days. That's not all. The developers get to decide if they will charge you for buying a used game, after you bought it. So, say you bought a used copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts, and went home to play it. Sucks for you, because you now have to pay a fee to unlock the license to play. Now for what I meant on Used Games disappearing. Due to each game only being able to be given or traded once, the ammount of used games is going to decrease since it won't be able to be continuosly recycled. And up goes the price of each used game.
Think all this is bad? You don't know it all. Apparantly, the Kinect motion sensor has to be on at all times, even if your Xbox One is off. The only way for it to be truly off is if you unplug the console. This is a privacy concern, since the Kinect can read your heartbeat, and recognize you. Many people don't even want a Kinect. But what can we do? It is attached to the main console, so there's no unplugging it, unlike the Kinect on the Xbox 360.
The sad thing about it all, is Microsoft's lack of proper communication about the issues. They have lately taken a liking to "pretending there were no problems". This is only harming themselves. But it just got worst. An executive at Microsoft is reported to have said,"If you don't have internet, just stick to the Xbox 360." How rude? He's insulting their company in 2 ways as well. He's bringing more bad publicity, and he's making others realize the other alternative to the Xbox One. The Playstation 4. Another executive said to a comment about a user not being able to play Xbox One in a nuclear submarine,"Well, I doubt a nuclear submarine has a decent internet connection, whatever a nuclear submarine is."
Come on Microsoft, we are trying to help you out. If you make this decision, everyone wins. We get the console we want, and you get the sales you want.
Please make the decision to be more consumer friendly.
