• Contact your card issuer directly and explain: "I was charged for a service I had reasonable grounds to believe was covered by my Microsoft for Startups credits, based on Microsoft's own UI and staff guidance"
• The documented evidence in this petition — including the archived Microsoft staff response and the UI screenshots — can support your claim
• Microsoft has now been stalling our refund request for over 3 months. A chargeback bypasses their support process entirely and puts the dispute directly in Visa/Mastercard's hands.
