the 3 themes in Microsoft office are too monichromatic. Even the darkest theme is too bright. This is frustrating for those with less than perfect vision. For those with Low Vision due to Macular Degeneration the color themes are almost cruel. I have Low Vision and even with the help of a screen magnifier I have a hard time. The task bars at the top of each window are too hard to differentiate between. I have an especially hard time identifying the active cell in Excel and its corresponding row and column. The high contrast themes that come with the operating system are too strong, especially with images. Users should be allowed to customize the colors to suit their own needs. M There are numerous discussions on the internet complaining about this problem. Microsoft acknowledges that they have gotten a lot of complaints since Office 2013 was launched, yet they continue to ignore them. I am hoping that this petition will force some action. PLRASR ALLOW US TO CHOOSE OUR OWN THEME COLORS.
