Microsoft Paint has been a staple since childhood. Enjoyable, hilarious, easy to use - Paint is a small and efficient piece of freeware that has held its place in Windows for 32 years - it's a true staple of the OS, and one of the only features that has made its way through the numerous huge updates to Windows - it is one of the only true staples of the software.

And now Microsoft is planning to kill it off.

If they only knew the childhoods they'd impacted with Paint, and the fun people have had with the humble utility.

Please, please keep it alive.
