Please, stop your recycling policy for email username!

The Issue

Do you know that if you don't access to your Outlook/Hotmail Mail Box, after 270 days Microsoft delete every email and after 365 days it "recylce" your username and it become available to another user?

Ok.

Today, digital identity is very important.

When a people register a username with Outlook.com I think that it's better that this username become unavailable forever.

If a people don't use after 365 days it's correct to close the account and recover the "hardware resource", but I think that is better that the username will never be recycled or reassigned to another people.

Why?

Because I think that after some years, it's very diffuclt to alert all the friend, businesman and other people that we have changed our email address, and I think that for PRIVACY it's very important that anyone can receive our email if the username is recycled.

For example, Google with Gmail don't recycle their username and after a user delete an account, a username NEVER will be recycled.

Apple use the same policy.

I hope that you will hear my request.
