Bring O365 shared calendars to Outlook for mobile

It has been over 3 years since the mobile Outlook app was release according to Wikipedia(April 25, 2014) and businesses of all sizes have been unable to do one of the most common tasks, view and edit shared calendars. The old OWA app was able to use shared calendars and then the new Outlook app came out and took it away from us. Unfortunately even if businesses wanted to use the OWA app as a work around, on most devices it crashes immediately upon opening.
Recently there was a release in March of 2017 that supposedly added shared calendars support. In fact it did but not for it's exchange or exchange online customers, the primary users of the product. How can Office 365 be considered a modern business platform when it lacks one of the most fundamental tasks?
This should be the number one priority for the entire Office 365 team. It should be fixed in a timely manner, no less than 2 months. If it is fixed, rejoice! We should all stay with Microsoft for mail service. If it is not, we the undersigned will do our best to migrate away from all Exchange products and move to a modern platform that supports shared calendars across all devices.
