Castrostrophic forest fires are currently raging in central Chile but the government have failed to step in and take action to fight the fires.

Nine people and large numbers of animals have already lost their lives. 273000 hectares are currently affected and more than 1000 homes have been destroyed by the fires so far.

I have many friends in Chile and can no longer sit back and watch this devistation continue. Please help the Chilean people be heard by signing this petition. These people need all the help they can get right now to prevent further loss and destruction.

Michelle Batchelet president of Chile must step up and do everything in her power to stop the fires to protect her people. Too many lives have been lost already.

Enormes incendios forestales están quemando Chile central y el gobierno no está en acción de combatirlos.

Nueve personas (quizá más) y incontables animales perdieron sus vidas, 273000 hectáreas han sido afectadas y más de 1000 hogares han sido destruidos por el fuego.

Tengo muchos amigos en Chile y no puedo quedarme estando más, por favor usa tu voz y ayuda a los chilenos y sus tierras, ellos necesitan toda la ayuda ahora.

Preguntamos a Michelle Bachelet, Presidenta de Chile, para que haga todo lo posible en su poder para finalmente parar los incendios forestales con la expansión de este mensaje y salvar las vidas de sus personas, muchas ya han muerto.
