Many thanks to all the people who have taken the time to sign this petition,I noticed an article recently how a young man was killed in a hit and run in Durham city and the perpetrator only served nine months!!!! NINE months for taking a life .This sort of sentencing MUST be review and and corrected or deaths like these will only increase .Thank You and Best regards Malcolm
