Over 1,000,000 ocean mammals are dying because of plastic bags. Plastic is hurting our environment. It seems as though it doesn't affect humans but it does. We have to remember that we are not the only ones that live in this beautiful planet and that there are no redoes. Once Earth is gone, it is gone forever.

This problem can be solved if Key Biscayne bans plastic bags. This small island banning plastic bags may not seem like much but it can grow into banning plastic bags in Miami, then Florida, and soon, the United States.
