We just got back from the August SEBC meeting. They discussed SB 139 at length, but unfortunately did not vote as planned. Some of the committee members requested additional information that will need to be prepared for a future meeting by the state benefits people before a vote will take place.

We know that the SEBC will definitely discuss SB 139 at their September meeting. It is possible they might also vote, but at this point it is unsure.
