Geronimo's October update - what happens next?

Thank you all so much for your continued support!
Geronimo is very much alive and well over 14 months after his arrival and we continue to challenge the Secretary of State's decision to slaughter him without valid science.
The money raised so far has been put towards the time and expertise required of our legal team in preparing the documentation and supporting evidence for the judicial review application. It has taken many hours, and a few late nights, to get all the documents for Geronimo's case ready and submitted on time.
Due to Michael Gove's refusal to guarantee that he would not apply for a warrant to enter my property and remove Geronimo pending the outcome of the judicial review application, we have incurred the additional expense of applying to the High Court for an interim injunction to stop him from doing so, which resulted in an interim injunction being ordered by the Court.
Going forward, there will be further costs. These include the costs of our legal team working on and managing our case as it progresses in the High Court, court fees (including payment of a fee if, as we hope, the High Court grants us permission to apply for judicial review and the case goes to a substantive hearing, or a fee if permission is refused and we need to have the decision reconsidered at an oral hearing), and any additional costs that crop up in what is a complex legal dispute.
The help that Geronimo and I have received so far has been outstanding. As well as thousands of signatures, we have already raised over £8,000. In order to ensure that we can meet the costs that we will soon encounter, I hope to be able to raise significantly more funds. Any further support, however small, will go a long way to ensuring that our fight can continue.
I could not wish for a better legal team and cannot praise them highly enough! Geronimo would have been killed by Defra over 1 year ago in September 2017 if we had not mounted a sustained legal challenge.
Once again, thank you all so very much for your continued help and support.
