A declaration to Michael Gove by Operation Frankish.

The British public will no longer accept this Government routinely permitting animal abusers, those found culpable of possessing obscene material involving children, sadists and dangerous psychopaths to walk free from court having been found guilty of despicable crimes.

Furthermore, the British public will no longer accept this Government enabling dangerous sadists like Andrew and Daniel Frankish to place others at risk by permitting them to assume new identities and move house while still serving a sentence.

The British public also will no longer accept their money be used to pay for the upkeep, rent, benefits and other costs that these two individuals and others like them cost to maintain.

People have written, begged, pleaded, warned and campaigned for you to get tough on all degenerates of this type. Your Government have ignored the people on these matters once too often. You are placing our children and vulnerable people at risk and making us pay for it. This situation is untenable. We simply cannot accept the status quo any longer. You and your Government are endangering us with your silence and your casual attitude.

This is not a standard petition. We know you ignore all of those and never take any action. This is a petition with intended follow through. When this petition reaches 50,000 names then 50,000 people will refuse to pay their council tax until such a time that this Government and Michael Gove are ready to pay attention, take notice and stop releasing sadistic maniacs on our streets to murder, rape and torture children and animals.

This is not a bluff. We have a following of tens of thousands and our cause is a just one. This 50,000 will only be the starting point. If you still refuse to listen and act we will raise the bar further and seek to increase the number to 100,000. You will come under pressure from local councils across the country. We will work night and day to ensure that this mass civil disobedience makes it into the press. This will recruit yet more dissenters. Your systems will not be able to cope with the sudden influx of dissidents.

The people are NOT paying for you to ignore them any more. The people are not paying for convicted sadists to be housed near them any more.

We WILL get to 50,000 and when we do we will action this with immediate effect

You have a chance long before we get there to take action now and pledge to the people that you will make the following changes.

Andrew and Daniel Frankish to be recalled to court, their sentence reviewed and a custodial sentence applied.

An immediate review of the current sentencing powers that are afforded to judges and magistrates in cases like this. A mandatory custodial sentence of up to 5years.

A mandatory custodial sentence for anyone found in possession of obscene materials relating to children.

A ban on convicted sadists and paedophiles changing their names while still serving a sentence.

The right for the public to know when a convicted paedophile or animal pervert is residing in their area.

A ban on anyone found guilty of such crimes as those of the Frankish brothers from being around minors.
