Heating requirements in Tasmanian Tenancy Act need to change.

Heating requirements in Tasmanian Tenancy Act need to change.
The issue
I am petitioning to have the Tasmanian Tenancy Act amended regarding heating requirements in Rental Properties.
The Act reads that a Landlord only has to supply a wall mounted heater in the living area.
I live in a 4 bedroom house with 2 living areas and study with my wife and 4 children. Our heating source for this house is a Pureheat fan and 3 bar heater. Definitely doesn't sufficiently heat our house and our power bill from May to November was over $2500. Heater pictured below.
I would like to see the Tenancy Act changed to Landlords must supply heating sufficient to the size of the dwelling in the form of a reverse cycle heat pump or wood heating.
I've had enough of tight landlords not willing to do anything but take your money. Renters pay a lot of money to landlords and rarely see anything in return.
Please sign this petition and share it along. I'm working to try make this change happen.
Thanks everyone for your time
