1) Revise,update and make drastic and much needed changes  to the Animal Cruelty Law in Miami Dade County including but not limited to the amount of fines, fees, time and duration of penalties etc. Make law stricter and stronger. Increase penalties and fines. 

2) The creation of a " Black lLIST DATABASE " for repeat registered offenders of animal cruelty neglect and mistreatment of animals and pets.

 3) Education, funding and awareness COUNTY WIDE Campaign. Serious serious effective educational and community directed efforts in regards to Microchipping of ALL registered and ALL unregistered pets and enforcement of spay & neuter to aleviate the amount of "stray population" animals.
