It's been a while since we discussed the Westchester Incorporation, so we wanted to remind you all that it's on the agenda for June 8th (this coming Wednesday).
It will be heard In the Chairman's Council of Policy, which takes place between 3:00 - 5:00 pm at the Stephen P Clark Government Center 111 NW 1st Street Miami, FL 33128.
The issue to be heard is the ordinance repealing the creation the Westchester municipal advisory Committee. Until this is repealed the MAC is still pending and the study to incorporate Westchester is still ongoing. Last time a group of us meet up at the Dadeland North Metro station and we all rode in together. Martha Bueno and a group of residents will be meeting at the metro station at 2 PM.
