The Issue
This is important because MGM Studios will find people are more appreciative of the story lines involved in the movie 'Silence of the Lambs' they have the rights to, and actually find them more profitable. It will conversely put them in a very bad light if they can't work together and even find some feasible way to sell the rights to the movie characters and story lines. This television series has won a number of awards and in it's reflection, the original movie will gain more notoriety.
