We need justice for this dog. The mother in the photo allowed her children to lure a dog with firecrackers. This poor baby - who was someone's pet - was left out for a walk from his home and was immediately drawn by the crackers, thinking they were food. As soon as he grabbed one in his mouth, it blew off, completely shattering his jaw and causing severe blood loss. The mother and her children took off without giving an explanation to the dog's owner!

The wounded dog was rushed to the hospital, but his condition was critical and died several hours later. He suffered deeply in his last hours
